The park’s biggest attraction is its large herds of majestic elephants, which thrive on the abundant food available, making them larger and stronger than anywhere else in the world. The park is home to a number of ancient baobab trees, some of which are known to be more than 300 years old, adding to its stunning beauty.

Serengeti National Park spreads across its vast plains. It boasts the greatest spectacle of the Great Migration. The park is home to numerous predators, including more than 2,000 lions, leopards, hyenas, and cheetahs. Serengeti Plains and National Park

Morning Breakfast at the camp.

We’ll travel through the forest to explore the vast plains of the Serengeti, where wildlife is typically dense in the early morning and late afternoon, when temperatures are comparatively low. The variety and diversity of the wildlife species in this vast protected area are impossible to find anywhere on the planet. Serengeti is the Maasai term that means “endless plain.” We’ll get back to the camp for lunch in between the game drives.

Lunch: At the dining tent

You relax for some time. In the afternoon, we’ll go on our afternoon game-viewing drive. Our guides take you through the journey and help you identify the more elusive animal species. For instance, the bat-eared fox and golden jackal, and rare bird species like the purple grenadier and the red-cheeked cordon bleu. Chances are high you may spot a Secretary bird or the elegant grey crowned crane.

Dinner: At the main dining tent

You can spend the evening in the main dining tent area or around the campfire and discuss the day’s experience with other travellers.

DAY 5

Serengeti National Park (Central) to Ngorongoro Highlands

Breakfast: At the camp

The Serengeti is truly a visual treat. It lures travellers with its vast open grasslands, which allow excellent wildlife view. The Serengeti’s climate and vegetation have been untouched for centuries. While it is a home to abundant wildlife, it is best known for its annual Great Migration. Innumerable numbers of wildebeest, with a large number of zebra and antelope, move in an annual pattern, constantly seeking fresh grazing, followed by the rain cycle.

The migration can be witnessed at any time of the year. You just need to know where to see. The question should really be about the “best places” to spot the animals during a specific time of year. In addition to the iconic landscapes, there is a good chance of encountering predators. You may spot lions, cheetahs, and leopards. The Serengeti gives you a truly life-changing experience.

Enjoy a Picnic Lunch in the park.

Afternoon: (Optional) we’ll visit the Oldupai Gorge, learn about the origin of humans, and spend some time at the museum.

Dinner: At the luxurious Lodge.

In the evening, you can stay in the main dining area or around the lodge to discuss the day’s wildlife.

DAY 6

Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Arusha

Breakfast: At the lodge

Morning: Leave your hotel early in the morning and descend 600 meters to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 279 square kilometres. Despite its small area, the crater is big in size. The openness of the terrain offers easy and rewarding game viewing. You will spend the day exploring the crater ground, enjoying a picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds.

Shaped by a massive volcanic eruption, this is the world’s largest intact and unflooded caldera that provides a year-round home to an astonishing 30,000 animals, including black rhino, wildebeest, and zebra, along with Africa’s dense concentrations of hyenas, as well as warthogs.

Have a picnic lunch in the Ngorongoro Crater grounds.

The crater ground shelters elephant and buffalo. The wetlands are home to hippos and flamingos. On the other side, lions, leopards, jackals, and caracals make up the full range of predators.

We wIll leave the crater in the afternoon and drive back to Arusha. We will drop you at the hotel for your own-ward connection.
